i'm not meaning the Hannah Montana song.
think about it.
if your life was a movie, who would want to watch?
would you even want to watch?
who would be be the producer, the director..etc?
if every single thing you've ever done, thought, or said was in the movie, would you still want it to be on the big screen?
some people have their lives on movies. Temple Grandin, Anne Frank, Johnny Cash, Miley Cyrus, Justin Beiber, Rob Pattinson, the Kardashians, 16 & Pregnant..the list can go on.
we only see the happy, rich, and fame. in my opinion, the bad stuff is staged. the girls from Teen Mom and 16 & Pregnant probably have wayyy worse problems then their boyfriend giving up rights.
if you could look into someones mind and see their hurt, their lonliness, and their confusion, would you wanna make it better?
everyone wants the happy ending. people get into literal fights over Jacob and Edward. everyone always wants to see everyone else's lives their way because their own lives are crap.
what would you do to make your life a best seller?
but...that's why we watch movies, i guess.
My Sister's Keeper was popular because we were watching someone elses pain...
you see the homless man on the side of the road in the pouring rain and think thank the lucky stars thats not me. but what happens when it is you? every single one of us are homless in some way at some point in our life. we might have food, a shelter, clothes, a car, and a bed and a heater and an AC, but do we really have a home?
where's your home?
i live in Arizona. i've lived in New Mexico, Hawaii, California, and Illinois.
i've never had a home. i've had nice houses, i've also lived in the ghetto. but where is home?
what would you say in ten minutes to ten thousand people?
would it mean anything to you?
xoxo.
